Ginka offers 4 different types of natural hot springs inluding Japanese cypress bath. From outdoor bath, guests can relax yourselves with a views of Maruyama river.

今天是母親節，不同階段的媽媽在購屋時有不同的考量，包括生活機能、學區、住宅安全都是媽媽購屋族在買屋時一再推敲的地方，房仲針對青春媽媽、熟女媽媽與單親媽媽三類購屋者也提出不同建議。
住商不動產企研室主任徐佳馨表示，青春媽媽往往經濟尚未穩定，需要工作與家庭蠟燭兩頭燒，年輕媽媽在選購產品時，除了考量每月房貸最好不要超過家庭可支配收入的三分之一外，建議以25坪上下、學區佳、交通方便的地區為主，如在台北市上班，可以選擇新北市捷運沿線，或是公車站附近，兼具這些機能的地區，除了顧及小孩就學之外，也相對保值。
對於熟女媽媽來說，經濟上可能比較行有餘力，對物件可以有更多的選擇。徐佳馨表示，不少熟女媽媽面臨空巢期，更需要注重社區安全與大樓管理；如果可以的話，盡量不要與成年兒女的住家距離太遠，一方面可以保持彼此的隱私，另一方面也可以互相有個照應。
而單親媽媽是所有媽媽最辛苦的一群，經濟壓力與家庭壓力常讓單親媽媽喘不過氣來，徐佳馨指出，單親媽媽購屋更需注重安全以及大樓隱私，居家生活避免透露相關消息，以免歹徒覬覦。針對經濟較拮据的單親媽媽，某些地方政府的社福單位也有提供相關諮詢與服務，都是單親媽媽的可以解決居住問題的好管道。
2016歐洲國家盃24強會內賽分組抽籤結果出爐，賽程將在2016年6月10日到7月10日，於法國境內10座球場同時進行，24支球隊會先經過單循環的分組賽淘汰掉6支墊底球隊以及2支戰績最差的第3名隊伍產生最後16強。
